Click on the Sell button at the top of any page and simply follow the instructions of the Sell form:

  1. Type in the field title of your item (50 characters maximum).
  2. Choose an appropriate category for your item
  3. Insert item description in plain text or HTML mode.
  4. Insert a link (the URL - web address) to an existing image of your item or upload your picture direct from your computer. The image must be in GIF or JPG format and less than 100Kb each.
  5. To attract more bidders to your auction you can choose following options:
    - To add  image of the item to the auction gallery
    - Boldface title
    - Featured in category

    - To add special icon to your item
  6. Specify item location ( City, State and County)
  7. Specify preferable payment methods and shipping details for your buyers.
  8. Choose auction duration (how many days your item will be on the auction).
If an item is not sold you can have it automatically relisted for free.
  9. Specify quantity if you would like to insert more than one similar item andng price (minimum bid price).
  10. If your are unsure of the real value of an item you might specify a reserve price. This price should be above theng price. Hawaiian Auction will never disclose your reserve price to bidders. You will reserve the right to refuse to sell the item if the market value is below a certain price. When a bidder's maximum bid is equal to or greater than the reserve price, the item's current price is raised to the reserve price. At this time, the item information will indicate that the reserve price has been met.
  11. Also, you can choose "First Bidder Win" format for your auction. The price will gradually reduce from yourng price to the minimum listed price over the duration of the auction. The first bidder on the item will win at the current price at that time. Bidders like this type of auction because they know they will win with a valid bid, and likewise it is good for sellers to set your initial price a little higher than expected and the minimum to the lowest amount you would accept - knowing that you may possibly get more than you had originally hoped for.
  12. Enter your Account ID and Password at the bottom of the page. Then, click on the "Review" button. You will see a preview of your auction page.To make a correction, press "BACK" button on your browser. If everything looks correct, press "Create Listing" button. Congratulations, your auction is in a progress.
