Hawaiian Auction does not charge you to browse,
bid on or buy items.
Sellers are responsible for paying two basic fees.
Listing (insertion)
Fees (Non-Refundable)
NOTICE: If there were no bids on your item there is NO Listing Fee to
relist (reinsert) the item up to 100 times until your item is sold!
The Listing (insertion) Fee is based on theng price (minimum starting bid price)
of the item you list for sale.

Closing (final value) Fees
At the end of an auction, you will be charged a Closing Fee based on the winning bid
(final sale price of your item).
There is No Closing (final value) Fee charged:
- If there were no bids on your item.
- If there were no winning bids that met your reserve price for your Reserve Price Auction
- For items listed in "Non-Binding

Closing Fees are calculated by Hawaiian
Auction when auctions are closed and billed to customers accounts.You can track your
current balance or account history and charges
at any time from the following services: Personal Activity or User Services
Closing
(final value) Fee Credit (Full
or partial)
You can request a Partial Closing Fee Credit if:
- Actual sale price was lower than highest bid.
- An item has been sold to a lower bidder at a lower price if high bidder refused.
You can request a Full
Closing Fee Credit if:
- Bidder's terms were unacceptable for you.
- Bidder could not complete auction due to emergency.
- Bidder paid by "bad" (bounced) check or he(she) placed a stop payment on it.
- Bidder returned item for a full refund.
- Bidder refused and you did not sell the item.
- Bidder did not respond within 10 days after you attempted to contact them.
Be advised: Your credit claim will be used to suspend or terminate a non-paying
bidder's account.
Optional Fees
To promote your listing you can choose the following options: To add an image of your
item to the gallery - $0.25
To put the title of your
item in boldface text - $1.00
To give more visibility to
your items with featured in category option - $14.95
To show bidders that your
item makes a great gift with a Gift Icon - $0.50
Account Refund
You can get a refund for an account credit balance over $1.00. Please, send us you
account refund request in writing.
